Executive coaching is a professional development strategy that involves a coach working with leaders to unlock their potential, enhance their performance, and achieve their goals.

Executive coaching is a coachee-driven process that helps leaders become more effective and balanced leaders. The coach provides a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment to help the leader understand their current competencies, how others perceive them, and identify and clarify.

*Designed to be a 12 month program
-20 (45-50 minute coaching sessions) or 40 (25-30 minute coaching sessions)

Leadership Intensive
This leadership intensive is a deep-dive, one-on-one, multi-session experienced designed to help you elevate your leadership. The Six Intensive sessions are each designed to unpack different aspects of your leadership to help you understand yourself better. You will be equipped with how to use self-awareness to make you more effective at everything you do. You will develop a game plan to put what you have learned into practice so you can enhance your leadership and reach your personal goals.
Leadership 360
This specialized assessment will be given to you and a unique assessment will be taken by the teammates you determine. This data will be compiled into a one-page document to put the learning into action through a 1 on 1 coaching conversation. ($500)
